Baltimore Blast vs Florida Tropics

As the outdoor leagues finish up for winter, Baltimore’s own professional indoor soccer league is just heating up and has a home game Friday just waiting for new (and old) fans. As a bonus, the first 1,000 fans ages 14 and under will get a free replica jersey t-shirt! Tickets: $16-40. 7:35 p.m. at Royal Farms Arena.

Beauty and the Beast

For their last show of 2016, Charm City Players are putting on family-favorite “Beauty and the Beast.” This tale as old as time is sure to enchant young and old viewers alike. Tickets: $15. 2 & 7:30 p.m. Saturday, 2 p.m. Sunday at the Weinberg Auditorium at Mercy High School in Baltimore.

42nd Annual Pow-Wow

The Baltimore American Indian Center is hosting its annual Pow-Wow, so be sure to stop by for cultural presentations, Native American dancing and drums, clothing, jewelry, food and more. Admission: $10 for adults, $5 for children. 11 a.m.-7 p.m. at the University Union at Towson University.

Dazzle Dash Fun Run/Walk and 5K

Celebrate the opening of Howard County General Hospital’s Symphony of Lights with this fun run, which includes a course through the lights, refreshments, a free tshirt, giveaways and more. Tickets: $30. 4-7 p.m. at Merriweather Park at Symphony Woods in Columbia.

Skippyjon Jones Snow What

Who doesn’t love a good ol’ musical fairytale twist? Forget “Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs” and embrace Skippy Jon and the Seven Chimichangos. Tickets: $12 in advance, $15 at the door. 4 p.m. at the Gordon Center for the Performing Arts in Owings Mills.
