Club SciKidz MD offers science and technology summer camps for children ages 4-15. Throughout the week campers participate in 20 different hands-on activities and experiments tied to the theme of their camp. We offer over 50 different camp! Campers will explore and investigate the “how” and the “why” of science and technology concepts. Multi-week and sibling discounts offered.

Chesapeake Life Center will once again offer several day programs for youth ages 6 to 18 this summer. Through art, play, conversations and support, children and teens will learn new ways to cope with the difficult task of grieving while learning they are not alone.

A children’s grief day camp for ages 6 to 12 will be held from 6 to 8:30 p.m. July 31 and 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Aug. 1 on the Hospice of the Chesapeake’s John & Cathy Belcher Campus in Pasadena. Kids will get to know each other on Friday night, then return the next day to explore their grief, learn tools to manage it and have a lot of fun. The cost is $50.

Celebrating 27 years! Bayside is where your child (ages 4-15) create a camp experience that is unique to them. Some play sports all day, others choose to be on or near the water, fishing, crabbing or canoeing/padleboarding. Others prefer to mix it up and try one of the 35+ activities offered each week. Operated at Sandy Point State Park in Annapolis, with optional bus transportation around the county. Extended hours available.

Children will receive specialized art instruction from a local art teacher. They will also have the opportunity to complete a variety of craft projects each day.

In addition to Arts & Crafts, time is allotted for outdoor play, table games, and building and dramatic free play centers.

Breakfast and an afternoon snack is provided daily. children should bring a lunch.

Camp Fairlee is a traditional summer camp for children and adults with all types of disABILITIES providing recreation and family respite. Sessions vary in length from 5 to 12 days; most are 6 days. Health center with nurses on site. Canoeing, kayaking, rock wall, zip line, horseback riding, nature trails, swimming, 12,000 square foot activity center and more! During the off season there are two day and three day themed respite weekends.
