(The) Arc of Howard County

The Arc has chapters across the country that offer resources to people with developmental and intellectual disabilities. The Howard County chapter provides assistance to people who need help accessing Maryland Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) services, as well as Howard County Public School System special education transition services. archoward.org
