This husband-and-wife duo’s dream of a teaching kitchen combines Chef Scott Ryan’s propensity for dishes around the world and Gwynne Ryan’s attention to home cooking. The kitchen resembles that of a family home, with materials easily accessible for any home cook. That includes tiny chefs! Weeklong summer camps are offered for kids and teens, and the “Parent and Me” series for ages 8 to 17 covers all types of culinary delights from classic French desserts to dim sum dumplings.
