9th Annual Baltimore Bubble Parade – Flash Mob Edition

The Baltimore Bubble Parade is back, and this year, it’s a flash mob! Instead of walking a longer parade route, participants will be dancing together and are encouraged to bring bubble-making supplies and fun costumes. This event is part of the “11k Acts of Merriment” campaign, which is meant to spread kindness and joy in the local community.
