Save the Date
Two annual events have new dates for 2026. Enjoy family tunes at Charm City Live, now on Labor Day weekend (Sept. 5). Then, book it over to Waverly Main Street (Sept. 19-20) to celebrate your love of reading with the Baltimore Book Festival.

Labor Day
Public schools will be closed Sept. 7 for Labor Day. Look out for family fun, such as entry to the National Museum of Railroad History & Innovation for just $1.

National Friendship Month
Make new friends during National Friendship Month at The Arc Baltimore’s Fall Family Fun Fest. Enjoy games, crafts and other activities for all ages Sept. 20.

Comic Con for Kids
Comic Con returns to Baltimore Sept. 25-27, offering ages 10 and younger free admission with a paid adult. Kid cosplayers can enter to win the Children’s Cosplay Contest or make new friends in the Children’s Cosplay Showcase.

25 Years Since 9/11
The Baltimore Symphony Orchestra has a special program next month
(Oct. 15-18) to commemorate the 25th anniversary of Sept. 11, 2001, anchored
by John Adams’ Pulitzer Prize -winning “On the Transmigration of Souls.”
