This summer, boredom doesn’t stand a chance! The Community College of Baltimore County (CCBC) is opening its doors to young learners with Summer Learning Adventures — a dynamic collection of classes designed to inspire creativity, curiosity, and academic growth for children and teens alike.
From cooking and creative arts to robotics, acting, fitness, and even career exploration, CCBC’s summer lineup combines fun with real-world learning. Families can choose from two exciting tracks tailored by age:
- Kids at CCBC: Engaging, kid-friendly classes for children up to age 11.
Most sessions run 9 a.m. to noon and cover everything from cupcake making and dancing to coding and creative arts. - Teen Career Pathways: In-depth experiences for students ages 12–17.
Afternoon classes, typically 1–4 p.m., focus on building future-ready skills — perfect for those preparing for college, magnet school applications, or exploring career options.
