Pie Time is a small cafe that also serves up baked goods and coffee at the 32nd Street Waverly Market. Its Old Fashioned Apple and Honey Peach pies are available throughout the year, but the rest of its pie offerings are seasonal. Flavors available in the fall include Maple Pear in September and October, Caramel Pumpkin in late October and November and Maple Bourbon Pecan in late October to December.

Pie Lovers started out tabling at local farmers markets before opening a central location in Sykesville. It offers a wide variety of sweet, savory and cream pies, as well as empanadas and the South American pastry alfajores.
