Located in northern Baltimore County, Genesee Valley’s summer camp programs maximize our farmland’s natural aspects, including our lakes, forest, and trails, to offer children opportunities to unplug and gain new experiences in nature. Programs are offered for ten weeks for campers ages 4-16 June through August. Campers can experience our high elements, ziplines, rock climbing, fishing, archery, arts and crafts, swimming and boating in our lakes, and more! Counselors infuse teambuilding activities throughout the week so campers can form bonds and build positive relationships with their peers. We follow a philosophy called “Challenge by Choice” that allows each camper to experience what GVOLC has to offer at their comfort level. Our goal is to provide campers new, fun experiences in a safe and inclusive environment. With a summer of experience implementing comprehensive Covid-19 policies (including reduced capacity, temperature checks, nurses on site, hourly sanitation, etc.), we will continue to implement a number of safeguards to keep campers safe and happy this summer. This has been a tough year for all of us, but especially our children. We look forward to providing a fun and safe camp experience so that your kids can feel like kids again. More information regarding specialty camps, pricing, and more is available at geneseevalley.org. We hope to see you this summer!
