Mindfulness and Movement for Kids

​Practicing mindfulness with children can increase concentration and reduce stress and anxiety. Learn new breathing and relaxation tips and exercises to be mindful every day. Wear comfortable clothes, have a towel or yoga mat to sit on and bring a notepad and crayons/markers/colored pencils. Registration closes one hour before the start of the program. A valid email address is needed at registration to send a Zoom link to the program 30 minutes before scheduled start.​
Children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult.
Age Group: Elementary School Age (6 to 11 years)
*Registration for this event begins on 8/4/2020 @ 11 a.m.
