The Stewartstown Railroad Presents
Autism Friends and Family Train Rides

On Saturday August 10th, 2019 we will be presenting a schedule of train rides tailored specifically for our friends, families and fans who have, or know someone with, Autism.

This will be a sensory-friendly ride, lasting about thirty to forty minutes in our restored 1920’s Passenger car, or if our guests would prefer, our open-air-coach. No flashing gates or ringing bells, except for those on our locomotive. The windows will be open, letting passengers see the countryside, feel the breeze, and wave to the cars waiting as we go across the crossings.

Come out early and see our station, our train cars, cabooses, and other railroad equipment.

We look forward to seeing you!

The train will leave the station at 12:30, 1:30 and 2:30. The rides are about 40 minutes long.

Prices are $12.00 for Adults, $11.00 for Seniors, $10.00 for Children. Children under 2 ride for free. Tickets can be purchased at the station on the day of the ride (Cash Only, please), or on our website at
