Lives: Cockeysville
Family: Daughter, Anna Isabella, 5

Q: What’s your favorite chore?
A: I thoroughly enjoy cutting the grass. We just moved into a house after living in an apartment for four years. Needless to say, it was one of the first chores I did.

Q: What’s something that makes the parenthood-career juggle a little bit easier?
A: It has been very interesting during the COVID-19 shutdown having my daughter home with me during workdays. I find that being able to get in a workout or some sort of physical activity allows me handle the stress that comes along with juggling parenthood and my career in this new world.

Q: What do you love about being a dad?
A: Everything! I love the hugs, kisses and snuggling. I love reading to her at night and tucking her into bed, having dance parties in the living room, doing her nails (Nails by Daddy has been a big hit lately), watching “Frozen” for the 500th time, having conversations about all things princesses, making forts and playing any type of game.

Q: What do you find challenging about raising kids?
A: Trying to be the perfect parent. Every day is trial and error, and there are days when you feel you did things pretty well and days when everything you do turns into a disaster. You just hope at the end of the week you have more good days than bad and your kids have learned and grown in some way.

Q: How do you take care of your mental and physical health?
A: I try to do something active every day, such as HIIT workouts, riding my bike, playing lacrosse and golfing. To keep my mind sharp, I try to read something educational or motivational each day.

Q: What’s something your family loves to do together?
A: We enjoy riding our bikes, heading to the local playground or exploring the NCR trail.

Q: What’s next for you?
A: My immediate next is furnishing the new house and making it a home. So far, I have successfully created Anna’s pink unicorn, rainbow and “Frozen” bedroom design. On the work front, my company has big plans for expansion over the next two years, which is exciting and filled with opportunity.
