Summer adventures await in the Baltimore area with a host of camp experiences for all ages, from religious and developmental to interest-based opportunities. Explore a few of the camps from our February 2022 issue’s camp directory below and discover more camps online at baltimoreschild.com/campsummer-programs.
The following camps cover a range of interests, from one-week travel excursions in adventure sports, such as kayaking, caving and rock climbing at Adventure Links, to team sports such as soccer and lacrosse at Lil’ Kickers.
Children interested in putting their creative minds to the test can learn how to apply science, technology, engineering and math to their own inventions at Camp Invention.
An overnight camp that has more than 50 activities with everything from flying drones to improv acting is available for the child who seeks variety at Camp Horizons or choose a specialized camp such as Wildlife Adventures, which focuses on caring for our creatures in nature.
For a closer look at more of the region’s summer camps, register at baltimoreschild.com/campfair2022 for the Summer Camps & Activities Fair from noon to 3 p.m. on Saturday, March 5, at Towson Town Center, 825 Dulaney Valley Road.
