99 Days of Summer Activities for Aug. 5 to 11

Happy August! Get outside and enjoy the warm weather after two weeks of rain. Here are some outdoor activities you and your kiddos can enjoy together.

Aug. 5: Create your own sidewalk or driveway gallery with sidewalk chalk.

Aug. 6: Play a round of miniature golf.

Aug. 7: Go to a baseball game and cheer for your favorite team.

Aug. 8: Blow bubbles!

Aug. 9: Have a morning or afternoon reading marathon.

Aug. 10: Make an indoor fort – old-school style – using blankets and sheets, pillows, and furniture. Pack some snacks, grab a flashlight and move in for a day with your favorite book, game or BFF.

Aug. 11: Make a trip to the local farmer’s market.
