Reopened under new management in the fall of 2010, this small, friendly facility has served as a home for rescued animals for over two decades and is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization. Animals include zebra, camel, giraffe, timber wolves, peacocks, and domestic farm animals. Simpler alternative to National Zoos for families with young children. (Updated Jan. 2011)
