Each month, Baltimore’s Child distributes 50,000 copies to parents in Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Carroll County, Harford County, and Howard County. Distribution of each issue is carefully controlled, ensuring that every copy gets into the hands of parents.

Parents can find copies of Baltimore’s Child at selected Giant Food Stores, Safeway, Wegmans, Mars, Shopper's, Weis, Santoni's, ShopRite, Martins, Sam's Club, Whole Foods, Food Lion, WaWa and SuperFresh grocery stores. Copies are also distributed to private and public schools, childcare centers, libraries, retail stores catering to children and families, hospitals, professional offices and many other locations.
